Welcome to Agarwal Booking Relocation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform. Please read them carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service through Agarwal Booking Relocation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

Section 02

Our Services

Agarwal Booking Relocation operates as a verified directory and connection platform for packers and movers across India. Here's what we do:

Connect: We connect you with verified, GST-registered movers in your city.

Compare: We deliver up to 4 quotes so you can compare transparently.

Verify: Every mover is physically verified and re-checked quarterly for GST, PAN, and IBA credentials.

Mediate: We provide free dispute mediation if anything goes wrong (78% success rate within 21 days).

Important

We are a connection platform, not the actual moving service. The final contract is between you and the mover you select. We ensure quality through our verification process but are not directly liable for the mover's actions.

Section 03

Booking & Payment Terms

When you book a mover through our platform:

Advance Payment: Standard advance is 10–25% of total quote. We never recommend paying 50%+ upfront.

Final Payment: Balance due only after delivery and your inspection. Never pay full amount before the move is complete.

GST: All quotes include GST unless explicitly stated. Demand a GST invoice for tax purposes.

Payment Methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card. Choose only traceable payment methods.

Section 04

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual movers. As a guideline:

48+ hours before move: Usually free cancellation with full refund of advance.

24–48 hours before move: Partial refund may apply. Confirm with your mover.

Within 24 hours: Advance may be non-refundable. Always check cancellation terms before booking.

Service Failure: If a mover fails to show up or cancels on you, you're entitled to a full refund + assistance finding a replacement.

Section 05

Liability & Limitations

While we take every effort to ensure a smooth move, our liability is limited as follows:

Damage Claims: Handled directly by the mover's transit insurance. We assist with mediation but are not the insurer.

Delays: Transit times are estimates. Weather, traffic, and road closures may cause delays beyond our control.

Pricing Accuracy: Quotes are based on information you provide. Final pricing may change if inventory differs from what was declared.

Cap: Our maximum liability is limited to the platform fees we earn from your booking, if any.

Section 06

User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your inventory, addresses, and move details.

Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Not post fake reviews or false claims about movers.

Not attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt our website or services.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software — is the property of Agarwal Booking Relocation and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes (like sharing links) is allowed.

Section 08

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation through our free dispute resolution process.
