How We Approach a Move

A move usually goes wrong for one of two reasons — poor packing, or poor communication about what's included in the price. We try to fix both:

• Clear quotes: We base estimates on an actual inventory of what you're moving, not a rough guess, so the final bill doesn't surprise you.
• Careful packing: Different items need different handling — glass, electronics, and furniture are packed differently, not treated the same way to save time.
• Written inventory: A documented list of items at pickup helps both sides stay accountable, and gives you something to check against at delivery.
• Direct communication: If something changes on move day — access issues, extra items, timing — we would rather tell you upfront than let it become a surprise on the invoice.
